Nemo Offshore was originally formed to provide subsea tooling and subsea engineering solutions to the oil and gas industry.  The company has since evolved to offer a full suite of innovative engineering services, with a key focus on delivering innovative and cost-effective solutions. These capabilities encompass:

• construction and project management
• asset integrity management
• pipeline engineering and field layout optimstabilisation
• subsea and topsides maintenance
• renewable energy engineering
• design & manufacture of subsea structures and pipeline equipment
• full structural engineering capacity
• pipeline repair system design and implementation

The company is based in central Perth, Western Australia, with workshop facilities in Bibra Lake, south of Perth. Nemo consolidate engineering and project management skills that have been developed in the offshore industry, employing staff that cover management, design, technical support, operations and administration. As a company Nemo Offshore believe in developing effective and rewarding relationships with both staff and clients, and continual award of projects is testimony to this core value.

No single business model fits all cases and Nemo recognise the need for continuous innovation and flexibility. Since its inception, the company has serviced its client base on a diverse range of projects.  The common theme between most of these projects is the requirement for innovative engineering and inspired solutions - Nemo is not just a service provider, but prides itself in supplying leading edge technology solutions for challenging and often fast tracked projects.

Nemo Offshore have ISO 9001-2008 certification for their quality management systems as well as obtaining certification to AS 4801 (Occupational Health & Safety Management) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management). This underlines Nemo's full committment to a high level of performance with regard to quality, health, safety and environmental issues in all work undertaken by the company.

Formerly Land & Marine Technology Systems (LMTS), the company became Nemo Offshore Pty Ltd in October 2009 following the acquistion of the company by Nemo Engineering AS, a leading Norwegian subsea and pipeline engineering innovator.
