Project Overviews 

	Crossover spool installation Nemo Offshore has engineered, fabricated and project managed the installation of a subsea 8" water injection crossover spool.  A metrology jig fabricated by Nemo was used to confirm the closing spool dimensions, and the majority of fabrication was completed in Perth, with the final field welding being completed in Dampier.  Nemo field engineers also attended offshore to supervise the diving and installation components of the work.
	Intelligent Pigging Nemo has performed the intelligent  pigging of several oil and gas pipelines offshore Australia's NWS.  The projects included all design engineering, pipework modifications, technical support offshore, waste disposal activities, engineering/FFS assessment and full project management.
	Saturation Dive Handling Systems Nemo Offshore has completed the design of six Saturation Dive Handling Systems.  These have all been designed to Lloyds rules, and have been designed for both moonpool and over the side launching.  Nemo's design concept was to modularise the systems as far as possible, introducing considerable flexibility for owners to add or move discrete components depending upon project requirements.
	Stainless Steel Riser Design, Fabrication & Installation Nemo were awarded the design, fabrication, testing and installation of a replacement 3" gas lift riser for the Yammaderry platform off Thevenard Island.  The original riser was carbon steel and was located within the platform caisson.  The replacement concept was to externally mount the riser using a number of clamps, and the project was successfully completed within a ten week schedule from kick-off through to completion of installation.
	Flexible Flowline Flushing Clamp Nemo Offshore were requested to supply a clamp to enable flushing of a ruptured flexible flowline prior to recovery.  The flowline was located at 360m water depth therefore requiring the flushing clamp to be remotely installed and operated.  The clamp also had to accommodate a variable flowline outside diameter.  The project was completed on time and budget, and the flowline recovered without loss of inventory.
	Oil and Gas Field Integrity Management Nemo are performing the asset integrity management of a north west shelf oil and gas production facility including inspection management, support engineering, third party liaison, client representation, and the provision of ancillary and ad hoc services such as hydrotesting.  This includes the supply of offshore personnel and resources, including rope access and ROV services.
	FPSO Marine Terminal Maintenance Nemo has performed the construction and implemented various modifications to a marine terminal floating hose string, including all engineering, procurement and on-site labour and project management.
	Production Platform Shut-down Nemo Offshore provided shutdown management and logistics coordination for an oil producing production facility and supplied all tank / vessel cleaning and inspection services.  Nemo's scope extended to disposal of the waste materials and associated logistics.
	Pipe Supports Nemo have carried out an onshore 20'' oil pipeline support replacement program. This included engineering and fabrication of new supports and all project logistics and installation project management.
	Tidal turbines Nemo recently investigated conceptual solutions for foundation designs and installation solutions for tidal power generation turbine assemblies for a proposed scheme in northern Western Australia.
	Hotstabs Nemo have expertise in the precision engineering of bespoke components for the subsea industry. One example of this capability is the design and machining of various hydraulic hotstabs for ROV intervention.
	Actuator Running Tool Nemo offshore undertook the design, fabrication and testing of a SSIV actuator running tool for the Perseus-over-Goodwyn project.  This remotely deployed and operated tool with a 1500m working depth enables the change out of SSIV actuators for either routine or emergency reasons, and was designed specifically for ease of transport and handling.
	Inspection Services Nemo has performed the annual, UWILD and special survey activities on a north west shelf oil production facility over a several year period.  This has included the provision of rope access crews, inspection and ROV services together with all project management and reporting.
	Subsea Concrete Removal Tooling Nemo Offshore were awarded the tooling design, fabrication and testing components for the concrete removal operations on Woodside Energy's Second Trunkline project.  This project involved the removal of weightcoat from several sections of 30" and 40" trunklines to permit the installation of welded tees.  Nemo personnel also attended offshore to provide technical support.
	Christmas Tree Override Tooling Nemo have designed, fabricated and tested several christmas tree override tools.  These are required to support offshore operations where there is doubt as to the integrity of the primary tree relase mechanism, and an override contingency tool is required.  Nemo have also performed refurbishment of these tools after successful offshore operations.
	Drill Rig ROV Platform Nemo Offshore designed, fabricated and installed a ROV platform onto the side of a drill rig, with all installation being completed by a rope access crew.  This approach saved significant expenditure that would have been associated with the more traditional scaffolding approach.
